Can you believe that three years old baby become Tattoo Artist? And like Professional artist. Normally In this age any children are busy in playing but here issue is different. 
The name of this child artist is Ruby Dunkinson and she wants to become world's youngest tattoo artist. She live in North Wales, Pennsylvania, US. On her fourth birthday she will goes to get Miniature Tattoo Kit and she knows about that. 

Ruby's father is also Tattoo artist and she wants to make tattoo on his father's leg on his 40^th birthday. She is looking very lovely and she wants to tell the world that art is not obedient to any age. Ruby's father is trying to buy small Ink Pen so she can make tattoo easily without any difficulty.
