How to copy formatted Texts of webpage in Word without formatting Texts

Most of the posts of my blog are prepared in Microsoft Word 2010 because it is very easy to use and you can easily set your layout and color combination. But sometimes needed to copy some text from any webpage so when we copy text from any webpage it contains hyperlinks, different types of font style and color and when paste it on Word all the text remains same (comes with formatting) than I have to modify it personally of our necessity because Word supports any formatting and we can not copy it in simple texts. So first I copy this word in clipboard and than paste it in Notepad because there is no formatting option in Notepad, than again copy from Notepad and paste it into Word. So it becomes quite long procedure.

But now the solution is available for Google Chrome Browser and it is called "Copy Without Formatting" and it is Nifty Browser plug-in for Google Chrome. (You can download this plug-in from https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/cekbgkmeapobkbadclnkjfjdbpbcaobd )

After installed this plug-in in your browser you will not see extra icon or bar. It will help you when you want to copy texts from any webpage without formatting means in simple texts.

We can do it in three ways:

  1. By using your Keyboard: Press your keyboard shortcut key : Ctrl+Shift+C
  2. By using Mouse: When you will select any text, floating button will appear click on it.
  3. By using Auto Copy (Default off): It will copy your text automatically to clipboard when you will select any text.
"Copy without Formatting" plug-in is very useful for blogger as well as researchers. It is also useful to make presentation or any document in which this type of copy-paste is must need.

Thank you very much to the Developer.
