After the devastating earthquake arrived in Haiti two former presidents of US George Bush and Bill Clinton reached there to assess. If we believe in this video than George Bush and Bill Clinton did something that the audiences were shocked by seeing that scene. In Haiti after shaking hands with the victims of destruction Bush felt that his hands are dirty and after that Bush did, it was very strange. Bush put his dirty hands on Clinton's shirt and wiped on it. This event become on 22 March when both former presidents were in capital of Haiti Port-O-Prince.
